Her passion for the outdoors and desire to explore off the beaten track inspired Robbi-Layne to sell rural real estate. A brown & white horse was the catapulting factor in her decision to leave the city and move to Hat Creek full-time. Now fully living the farm life, she loves selling acreages, farms & ranches!
Robbi-Layne's skill set ranges from administration through to research, analysis and the comprehensive presentation of information. Having been a researcher and editor for a financial newsletter she understands the importance of asking questions, conducting thorough analysis and organizing information into meaningful data with timely urgency. Her entrepreneurial past reflects her drive, work ethic, creativity and sense of responsibility.
Robbi-Layne's greatest strength is her capacity to connect on an individual level. She is well regarded for her integrity and is intensely respectful of the financial and personal impact of clients' investments and lifestyle choices.
Originally from Nelson BC, Robbi-Layne has lived in Switzerland, Alaska, Colorado, Alberta and Quebec. After two years of selling rural real estate she moved into Hat Creek Valley, bordering the Thompson Nicola Region and the Cariboo. She arrived into small town life with Zurich, her big black dog and now lives and loves her farm life with a family that has grown into two dogs, a cat, two horses and two minis. She ploughs the driveway with her ATV, stokes the wood stove, fixes fencing and lives one hour from the grocery store.
She is happy and doesn't miss the city traffic at all!
BC is my home, my playground and my business!
